public interface SBMLValueHolder extends DelayValueHolder, Serializable
SBMLValueHolder is necessary to provide the current values for Compartments,
Species, Parameters, and SpeciesReferences at simulation time. It also
grants access to the current simulation time. In this way, it is possible to separate the
